1. Directors are asked to pass on Badges and affiliate bars when a new Director is appointed from an Affiliate. Remove only the name bars and pass them on to the new Directors.
2. Please use the order form  provided below to order Badges, Name Bars, Committee Chairman Bars, and/or Affiliate Bars as needed. Please print legibly. Be sure to include you mailing address.
